Language
German is spoken in Zurich and the surrounding cantons. Other official languages of Switzerland are French, Italian and Romansh. English is often spoken in larger cities.

Swiss francs (CHF).
Electricity
220 Volt. Two-way adapters work. The Concierge will be available for any further assistance.
Visa
All residents of the European Union and U.S. can enter Switzerland with a valid passport or personal identification card to stay for up to ninety days. All other countries should contact their nearest Swiss embassy or consulate to find out which documents are necessary for entering Switzerland.

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. (large department stores and some supermarkets are open until 8:00 p.m.). Saturdays 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
